Refund policy

  1. Refunds and returns are only applicable for fruit juices, seamoss, herbs, and creams within 7 days from the date of purchase

  2. To be eligible for a refund or return, customers must provide valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.

  3. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as when they were purchased. Any damage or alteration to the product may void eligibility for a refund or return.

  4. Refunds and returns will only be processed for products that are deemed to be malfunctioning/defective or past expiration date. Customers must provide evidence of the malfunction/defect or expiration of the product, which may include photographs or detailed descriptions. Refunds and returns will be also processed for incorrect orders produced on our behalf aswell.

  5. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment or store credit, at the discretion of the company.

  6. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.

  7. We reserve the right to refuse refunds or returns for products that do not meet the above criteria or for any other reason deemed appropriate by the company.

  8. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
